  1. Is it easy to say?
  2. Is it easy to remember?
  3. Does it look good on paper?

I’d add:

  1. Is it easy to tell someone over the phone? Will you need to spell it out?
  2. Beware of numbers in the name. It can work, but often requires a large amount of marketing to succeed.
  3. Think twice about misspelling words, particularly long words – you’ll have to spell it out each time when telling people.
